Relaxation Massage

This massage is performed at a slow, controlled pace using smooth, gliding strokes that range from light to firm pressure. The goal is to release the muscles and create a sense of wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage
Perfect for tradies, athletes and gym-goers alike, deep tissue massage involves working into the deeper layers of muscles, fascia and connective tissue to enhance muscle function, improve posture and reduce pain. It uses similar techniques as relaxation massage, but the deeper pressure and focused approach is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and reducing stress hormone levels while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin. This massage can also include the use of trigger point therapy if necessary.
Remedial Massage
If you're suffering from a moderate injury or have a persistent area of tension, then remedial massage may be the right treatment for you. Remedial massage is designed to balance soft tissue length, tension, and tone; promoting a return to normal position and an increase in blood and lymph flow to the injured zone. This is the most 'area specific' treatment, and may include the use of trigger point therapy if necessary. As a rule, it is advisable to drink plenty of water for the next day or two after your treatment to help cleanse your body and avoid strenuous activity.
